Pinnacle Hills Promenade
Rogers, Ark. gave rise to J.B. Hunt, Sam Walton and Red Hudson, yet the city had no retail destination worthy of its entrepreneurial icons and growing population of metropolitan sophisticates.
At 133 acres and 980 million square feet, Pinnacle Hills Promenade met the challenge. So did Huie Design, whose sculptural gateway towers give iconic presence to the PHP brand. Their jewel-crowned spires echo throughout the development—in the diamond finials, arching details and prismatic letters that grace office-building facades. Huie’s sweeping brand identity spanned site, retail, office, food court signage and wayfinding for the open-air lifestyle center and two adjacent power centers.
